This role involves driving for results by establishing and communicating clear expectations, overseeing operational activities such as opening and closing duties and merchandise flow, and supervising associates. The Sales Lead utilizes weekly schedules for proper floor coverage, maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensures standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention. The position also focuses on developing a high-performance culture, motivating the sales team to meet goals, and training associates on product knowledge and fulfillment. Furthermore, the Sales Lead is expected to build high-performing teams by inspiring, promoting collaboration, communicating change, and seeking personal development. A critical aspect is enhancing customer experience by modeling and teaching 'Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS)' principles, building customer loyalty through clienteling, resolving concerns, and ensuring efficient register operations. Lastly, the Sales Lead supports talent development through training programs, coaching based on Key Performance Indicator reports, providing feedback for associate performance appraisals, recognizing outstanding performance, and ensuring adherence to all employment practices and policies.
