Responsibilities

Lead from the Front: Set the tone for an energized, welcoming studio environment.
Drive Sales: Engage prospective members, give studio tours, and confidently present the Orangetheory experience to turn interest into memberships.
Be a Membership Expert: Guide new members through their first class, ensure they feel supported, and follow up to help them commit to their goals.
Support the Team: Assist the Studio Manager in operations, sales performance, and studio success.
Stay Organized: Ensure the studio is clean, stocked, and ready for every class.
Grow Our Community: Represent Orangetheory at outreach and marketing events.
