Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales goals through active selling and clienteling. Store Operations Support: Assist with receiving and processing shipments, maintaining stockroom organization, processing returns, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Support store opening and closing procedures. Visual Merchandising Support: Ensure the sales floor and window displays reflect LAKE’s seasonal visual direction. Maintain cleanliness, product placement, and on-brand merchandising throughout the day. Team Support: Act as a key holder and point-of-contact during manager absence. Requirements

2+ yrs retail experience, preference for prior sales associate or key-holder background
Strong sales skills with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
