About The Position

As Sales Leader you are responsible for maintaining customer service standards and resolving operational issues when the Store Leader is unavailable. Responsibilities

  • Establish excellent customer service standards and lead by example.
  • Collaborate with and lead sales team in priority setting, daily tasks and delegation of responsibilities.
  • Identify and communicate team and store needs to leader team.
  • Partner and support store leader team in daily store operations as necessary.
  • Use creative approaches to engage the customer with the product; illustrate how to wear the clothing and explore different options.
  • Possess strong understanding and ability to contribute and assist in back of house functions.
  • Participate in the training and mentoring of new and current team members with an emphasis on nurturing talent and growth.
  • Develop creative solutions for situations that arise when store leaders are not present.
  • Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise.
  • Assist Store Leader with store merchandising and visual presentation with willingness to experiment and be open to exploring all possibilities.
  • Ensure and contribute to a safe and clean store environment.
