All about the role: The Sales Lead will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy in Puerto Rico, directly supervising a sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. Additionally, this role will coordinate and follow up on the operations of all departments in the country, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and excellence in execution. Where you’ll be: This role is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. What you’ll do: Develop local commercial strategies aligned with the regional strategy to ensure brand growth and market share. Execute commercial tactics that guarantee Sell In / Sell Out. Develop existing accounts, new accounts, and commercial channels to increase sales and profitability. Lead the local commercial team, acting as a mentor and coach, and establish KPIs that drive business growth. Responsible for managing and executing the forecasting process. Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Regional Marketing for promotional activities and product launches. Evaluate the product portfolio together with product teams to ensure competitiveness and innovation. Responsible for the P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Oversee the complete operation in Puerto Rico, including coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Human Resources, and Customer Service, among others. Lead strategic and budget planning processes for the country. Monitor market trends, competition, pricing, and local socioeconomic factors to anticipate risks and opportunities. Act as a brand ambassador and representative of corporate values in the country. Influence different departments to drive operational improvements and cross-functional strategies. Manage relationships with key stakeholders: clients, business partners, authorities, and trade associations. Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of the local team, fostering a high-performance culture.
