The Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead serves as the face of the business, committed to providing the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This role requires training and knowledge in optics, Visionworks' products/services, and managed vision care. The Sr. OS guides patients/customers through the Visionworks experience, ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human, and bold manner. A Senior Optical Specialist should have at least 12 months of prior optical industry experience and must maintain state-required license requirements to dispense eyewear where applicable.
