About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Sales Lead who is passionate about health and wellness and eager to help customers achieve their best selves. In this role, you will be a vital part of the team, supporting the management team and ensuring that customers have a personalized and memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for building loyalty with customers through meaningful connections and assisting them in their shopping journey. Your role will also involve achieving and exceeding daily sales and productivity goals while supporting your colleagues in doing the same. As a Sales Lead, you will act with integrity and take on the responsibilities of the Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder. In addition to customer engagement, you will efficiently process transactions, merchandise shelves, and ensure that products are priced correctly. Continuous learning is a key aspect of this position, as you will master product knowledge to better assist customers. You will collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts, maintaining store standards, following loss prevention protocols, and ensuring timely processing of receipts. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work during holidays and weekends based on business needs. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to promoting health and wellness.
