About The Position
Under general supervision, the Sales Lead plays a vital role in achieving the sales goals of the business unit by planning, coordinating, and managing all store operations while providing high-level customer service support. This position focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding annual sales goals, managing inventory shrinkage, and maintaining a high quality of work life.
