About The Position

The Retail Sales Representative at RNDC is responsible for advancing and securing sales within an assigned territory. This role involves promoting and selling the company's products, securing new accounts, and servicing existing accounts to meet sales targets. The position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, including assessing customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations. The Sales Rep will also develop their sales skills and product knowledge by collaborating with experienced team members.

Requirements

• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current, valid state driver's license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the organization's products within an assigned geographic area.
• Secure new accounts and service existing accounts to meet sales targets.
• Pursue sales leads and personally visit existing and new customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Prepare price quotes, delivery dates, and service obligations to meet revenue targets.
• Troubleshoot and handle customer-related inquiries.
• Participate in promotional activities and account activities, including working nights and weekends.
