About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic Full-Time Sales Lead (Keyholder) to join our Madison Ave team. If you have a flair for customer service and a keen eye for style, we want to hear from you! This is an hourly, full-time (non-exempt) role based in New York City, with a pay range of $18.25 - $26.50 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Open availability, including weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience
• Lead the sales team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage store operations in the absence of the store manager
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
