Position Overview: This role is designed for a high-performing preventive maintenance sales professional seeking to grow into a sales leadership role, with an initial focus on building and expanding a strong base of recurring service agreement revenue and the opportunity to train and lead additional PM sales professionals as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • Proven success in commercial HVAC preventive maintenance, service agreement, or recurring-revenue sales.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, maintenance scopes, contract structures, and service delivery models.
  • Ability to balance individual preventive maintenance contract production goals with team development responsibilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment focused on recurring revenue growth, customer retention, and margin performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience training, mentoring, or leading sales or account development professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary business development professional focused on preventive maintenance and service agreement sales, generating new recurring-revenue accounts within commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Lead consultative sales efforts centered on maintenance programs, asset protection, uptime reliability, compliance requirements, and lifecycle planning rather than capital project sales.
  • Assist in the training, onboarding, and coaching of service agreement sales representatives as the team grows, with emphasis on prospecting discipline, needs assessment, and value-based selling.
  • Help establish and reinforce best practices for preventive maintenance sales, including account qualification, equipment inventory development, proposal consistency, pricing strategy, and CRM utilization.
  • Work closely with service operations, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate scope development, and long-term customer retention
  • Participate in the development of territory plans, target account lists, and vertical-specific service strategies across healthcare, education, government, manufacturing, and distribution markets.
  • Provide leadership with ongoing feedback regarding market conditions, competitor service offerings, pricing trends, and evolving customer expectations.
