About The Position

This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities in Austin, TX, with a pay range of $18.00-$23.00 per hour plus commission. The earning potential averages between $25 and $35 per hour with commission. The schedule is from 10 am to 7 pm.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shift.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings.
• Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups, with expert sales advisors handling the rest.
