About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for engaging customers within approved retail partner locations to introduce ACS products and services and identify potential customer interest. The Sales Lead Generator creates positive, high-energy customer interactions, asks qualifying questions, and captures accurate information to support follow-up by the ACS Sales team. This role represents ACS on the sales floor and offers the opportunity to earn commission for each qualified lead that results in an appointment.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, sales, customer engagement, or customer service.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly.
  • Enjoy goal-driven work and motivated by performance-based earnings.
  • Detail-oriented and understand the importance of accurate information.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with ACS expectations.
  • Adapt easily in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with customers and retail staff.
  • Consistently follow policies, procedures, and partner guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner within designated retail partner areas.
  • Introduce customers to ACS products and services and ask qualifying questions to identify potential needs.
  • Collect accurate customer contact information and relevant project details.
  • Enter leads into ACS systems promptly and accurately to support timely sales follow-up.
  • Work toward daily and weekly lead generation goals tied to commission opportunities.
  • Represent the ACS brand in alignment with company standards and retail partner guidelines.
  • Maintain respectful, professional working relationships with retail store associates and leadership.
  • Follow all in-store conduct expectations and program requirements.
