About The Position
Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, part of the ARS family of brands, provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We serve customers in the state of Texas with reliable, professional service. Since 1994, we’ve been delivering expert solutions backed by ARS’s national resources. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + commission Earning potential: $25 – $35/hour on average with commission Schedule: 10 am-7 pm (Thursday-Sunday) Location: San Antonio, TX, Boerne, Seguin, Kerrville Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to stand and walk during shift
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
- Attend weekly in-office meetings
Nice To Haves
- Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings.
- You’ll promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups — our expert sales advisors handle the rest.
