About The Position
Parker and Sons is hiring Sales Lead Generators in our retail partner stores. This is entry level and does not require sales experience, just a great, outgoing attitude, with a drive to earn as much as possible! Our Sales Lead Generators work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting & engaging with retail customers face-to-face, while generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning and/or water treatment maintenance and replacement appointments for our sales department. Starting at a base pay of $18.00 with additional uncapped commissions. After commissions, that can put you at anywhere between $25.00-$50.00/hr plus. We offer both PT and FT positions, starting at 20 hours per week. One weekend day is required. This is not a remote or call center position.
