About The Position
Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning, part of American Residential Services, is seeking a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take your sales career to new heights and discover your true selling potential. You will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores, engaging with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, after which one of our industry experts will take over the process. We provide training, so no prior knowledge of heating and cooling is necessary.
