About The Position
As a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter at Greenstar/RighTime Home Service, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating leads for our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to make a significant impact in the home services industry. You will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores, engaging with customers to discuss their heating and cooling needs, air quality improvements, and energy savings solutions. Your primary goal will be to generate leads for free in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups, ensuring that customers understand the benefits of our services and how we can assist them in enhancing their home environment. In this part-time role, you will be expected to work approximately 25 hours per week, with a schedule that includes weekends and some holidays. We understand that not everyone has a background in heating and cooling, which is why we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. Your ability to work independently and represent our brand effectively within retail locations will be key to your success. We are looking for individuals who are motivated by financial rewards and are ready to take their sales career to new heights. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $21.00, with potential sign-on bonuses based on experience.
