About The Position

RS Andrews, part of the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator. This full-time position offers year-round work with a pay range of $20 - $22 per hour. The schedule requires working weekends from 8 AM to 6 PM and three weekdays that are flexible, either from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for the in-home sales team.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps.
• Follow up on quotes and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication.
• Engage in fast-paced, phone-heavy interactions essential to team success.
