About The Position

Allgood Home Services, part of the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator. This position offers full-time, year-round work with a pay range of $18 - $21 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday with rotating weekends. The role is essential to team success, focusing on following up on leads and coordinating with the sales team.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps.
• Follow up on quotes and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication.
• Maintain a fast-paced, phone-heavy work environment.
