This position is for a Sales Lead Coordinator based in Houston, TX, offering full-time, year-round work with a pay range of $20 - $22 per hour. The role requires weekend availability and involves following up on leads to support the in-home sales team, scheduling appointments, and driving revenue through effective communication.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps.
• Follow up on quotes and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication.
• Maintain a fast-paced, phone-heavy work environment essential to team success.
