The Sales Lead plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability. In this role, the Sales Lead will establish and communicate clear expectations, holding both the store team and themselves accountable for achieving all brand, performance, and behavior standards. They will oversee basic operational activities such as opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes, while supervising associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, and customer services. The Sales Lead will maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, ensuring that merchandise is presented and displayed in accordance with these standards. Additionally, they will develop a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to meet assigned sales and productivity goals, while also meeting their personal sales goals. The Sales Lead will model, teach, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel experience for customers. They will build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns and a fast, efficient register experience. Furthermore, the Sales Lead will support and implement training programs for store associates, driving engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance. This position may be found in multiple brands, and some duties may vary from brand to brand.
