About The Position

The Sales Keyholder at Under Armour plays a crucial role in supporting the store leadership team by overseeing sales and customer service, coaching teammates, and managing daily operations. This position is ideal for candidates looking for their first leadership role. The Sales Keyholder is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, leading a selling culture, recognizing and rewarding performance, coaching and training teammates, managing loss prevention and safety, and maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels. Additionally, the Sales Keyholder will open and close the store as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year of retail/customer service experience
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with technology such as hand-held and mobile devices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs during each work shift

Responsibilities

  • Ensure we always provide great customer service

  • Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked
  • Open and close the store when necessary
  • Support in driving sales and retail/omni KPI target achievement
  • Act as the leader on duty and model the brand's Athlete service standards
  • Train teammates to provide a unique service/selling culture
  • Maintain store key and adhere to Standard Operating procedures
  • Evaluate store sales and payroll goals and make scheduling adjustments
  • Ensure store audit compliance and shrink results meet company standards
  • Communicate clear priorities and sales targets to teammates
  • Support onboarding and continuous training of new hires
