About The Position

The Mobile Surgery Key Account Manager (MoS KAM) serves as the primary contact for decision makers in Mobile Surgery, focusing on C-Arms and related services. This role involves identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and operating rooms. The KAM collaborates with multiple teams to establish growth plans, understand market potential, and drive sales processes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Medical Capital Sales Experience selling directly into the OR.
• Deep knowledge of the CV Portfolio.
• Demonstrated Solution Selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
• Must reside within commuting distance to Washington DC/Baltimore or Richmond.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 75%.

• Experience selling into Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers.
• Identify, develop, and close MoS opportunities in various healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers and other teams.
• Establish territory growth plans and translate them into clear objectives and targets.
• Develop and refine business strategy for key accounts and territory to achieve sales targets.
• Document territory install base and establish plans for all assigned accounts.
• Drive sales process by uncovering customer events and engaging stakeholders.
• Execute C-Arm demos and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers.
