About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Sales & Inventory Associate . This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who enjoys organization, vendor communication, and keeping a boutique running smoothly. Arizona Sunrays offers a variety of high-quality programs to our community and to empower individuals through fun and fitness. We provide instruction in gymnastics, dance, NinjaZone, camps and more for ages 6 months through adults. We love inspiring children to find the joy of movement and partnering with local business, schools, and neighborhood groups to bring our community closer. We are families serving families! Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • ~ 20 hrs/month across our 3 locations
  • Previous retail experience required (inventory and operations experience are a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for working with both customers and vendors
  • Able to stand for hours at a time
  • Able to lift 20 pounds
  • Become a role model for children in the community!

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and tag incoming merchandise.
  • Track and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Restock and remerchandise the sales floor to maintain a fresh, inviting look.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, reorders, and product availability.
  • Assist with placing purchase orders and monitoring delivery timelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and visual standards both on the floor and in stock areas.
  • Identify best-sellers, low-stock items, and merchandising opportunities to maximize sales.
