About The Position

Maintains Customer Contracts. Maintains contract releases. Must work with the customers to identify forecast for contracts. Responsible for scheduling shipments with Purchasing Department. Works with regional Account Managers to coordinate contract activities. Analyzes data for excess and obsolete product and offering it to customers. Identifies and implements cost reduction activities. Ensures there are appropriate stock levels for contracts. Works with management to provide monthly business review reports. Research and assemble the root causes of excess and obsolete items. Market projected of excess and obsolete inventory list of parts. Assembles excess inventory pricing analysis based on historical sales, quote data and available market pricing. Assemble internal worksheets for customer contract proposals. Develops processes to manage inventory, along with customer contract demand to maintain and improve delivery performance and inventory turns. Provide monthly summary reports of excess inventory sales metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 Years experience in related field
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
