Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Research dormant, declining, and potential new customer accounts and prepare reactivation-ready summaries for account managers
  • Prospect and qualify new customers and leads by researching company profiles, industries, use cases, and overall fit
  • Analyze industry, market, and geographic trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Support business development and account managers with research, outreach preparation, and meeting coordination
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate research, notes, and engagement details
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to support sales planning and decision-making
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to improve customer targeting and engagement
  • Use tools such as Excel, CRM software, and research platforms to organize and interpret data
