Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years Collegiate course work (Sophomore / Junior / Senior Grade Level)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities including scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and updating customer records.
  • Greet prospective buyers and guide them through the discovery and sales process.
  • Help answer questions about communities, floor plans, and options.
  • Learn and utilize the CRM system to input leads, track traffic, and update customer information.
  • Conduct market research to understand buyer preferences and competitive communities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and community events.
  • Guide prospective buyers through our Design Center during Design Center Preview Hours.
  • Shadow Sales Managers and learn best practices for relationship building, negotiation, and facilitating an exceptional customer experience.
