About The Position

Join Sinclair, Inc. this summer as a Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience working alongside a high-performing team at WKRC in Cincinnati. The internship offers real-world experience in sales, marketing, and media strategy, a behind-the-scenes look at a successful sales team, valuable networking opportunities, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful, real projects. Sinclair, Inc. is a diversified media company and a leading provider of local news and sports, owning and operating numerous television stations and other media properties.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) an undergraduate or graduate program
At least a sophomore standing at an accredited college or university
Authorized to work in the United States
Available to work approximately 15 hours per week for 10 weeks starting June 2026 (schedule may vary)
At least 18 years old with reliable transportation
Able to work on-site at our WKRC station in Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute creative sales strategies and campaigns
Dive into market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends
Support lead generation efforts, customer outreach, and follow-ups to drive business growth
Track performance metrics and help prepare insightful sales reports
Bring fresh ideas to team meetings and help improve sales processes
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and solving client needs
Assist with CRM management and keep sales materials accurate and up to date
