The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an interest in the insurance market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Business, Economic, and Marketing Majors
  • Future Sales and Broker talent
  • Sharp and proficient skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as Outlook
  • Academic Excellence – need at least a 3.0 or higher.
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Ambition to succeed in this highly competitive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in each department with data entries and clerical duties.
  • Learn insurance terms and practices.
  • Apply and develop organizational skills by prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • CRM management.
