As a Sales Intern, you’ll assist with sales and reservation queues, engage in customer interactions, and collaborate with managers and directors to understand how departments function cohesively within our organization. This role provides the perfect blend of sales experience and behind-the-scenes business exposure. Start date will depend on school schedule and availability, with a start date window of March 9th- April 1st. End date would be September 7th, 2026.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Eager to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Departmental Learning: Attend meetings and training sessions to gain an understanding of various departments. Shadow managers and directors to explore their roles and contributions to the company. Participate in projects and assignments to apply your knowledge and grow your skills.
  • Sales & Customer Interaction: Manage reservation queues and handle sales calls during peak periods (4–5 times per week). Engage with customers professionally to address inquiries, promote services, and close sales. Effectively upsell additional services such as packing, unpacking, and Movits containers.
  • Administrative Support: Document customer interactions and sales leads in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations. Perform receptionist duties during non-peak hours, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks.
