About The Position

Join our Sales team as a Sales Intern, where you'll play a key role both independently and collaboratively. In this position, you'll market the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyze business metrics to assess prospect viability, assist in events, and overall support of the Sales Team. Avery Point is a beautiful 94-acre continuing care retirement community located in Short Pump, Virginia, just minutes from downtown Richmond. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college with a minimum of one year of completed
• Good organizational capabilities
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist with and actively participate in special projects, events, prospect phone calls, and initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and prepare detailed reports based on data
• Offer support to your manager and department, ensuring smooth operations
• Complete structured learning and on-the-job training as assigned
• Take on other tasks as required, adapting to various responsibilities
