About The Position

The Sales Intern will support XiFin’s Sales organization by assisting with prospect research, sales cycle activities, and cross‑functional coordination that helps drive pipeline growth. Reporting into the National Accounts team, this intern will gain hands‑on exposure to how enterprise sales opportunities are identified, nurtured, and advanced across complex healthcare technology environments. In this role, you’ll help identify potential prospects, support outreach activities, prepare sales materials, and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the sales team has the information and resources they need. This internship provides a unique opportunity for an early‑career professional to develop foundational sales skills while learning how large‑scale B2B technology deals move from discovery to close.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program or attending classes.
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience using data analytics software for research.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve any duplicate accounts in Salesforce.
  • Update assets in Salesforce based on information provided.
  • Identify contacts no longer at company and update Salesforce.
  • Work with sales operations to set up customer account.
  • Create, update, run and support various sales reports for sales team members
