Requirements

High School Diploma
2 years Collegiate course work (Sophomore / Junior / Senior Grade Level)
Remote Work is not available - must be located in Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities including scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and updating customer records.
Greet prospective buyers and guide them through the discovery and sales process.
Help answer questions about communities, floor plans, and options.
Learn and utilize the CRM system to input leads, track traffic, and update customer information.
Conduct market research to understand buyer preferences and competitive communities.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and community events.
Guide prospective buyers through our Design Center during Design Center Preview Hours.
Shadow Sales Managers and learn best practices for relationship building, negotiation, and facilitating and exceptional customer experience.
