About The Position

Inmar's Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully topany initiatives. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager. The Sales Intern will support the Digital & Media Sales team in driving growth and delivering value to Inmar's clients. This internship provides an opportunity to learn about consultative sales, marketing technology, and client relationship management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Sales Intern, you'll work closely with experienced team members to assist with client strategy, sales planning, and business development efforts. You'll gain valuable experience in sales operations, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional teamwork — all while contributing to real projects that support Inmar's mission and customers. During this internship, you will: Learn how Inmar builds trusted client relationships that drive business growth. Gain exposure to consultative selling techniques and the end-to-end sales process. Develop yourmunication, presentation, and project management skills. Understand how sales, marketing, and analytics teams collaborate to deliver solutions for clients. Work with mentors and experienced professionals who will provide guidance and feedback along the way.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
  • Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and business summaries.
  • Assist in tracking sales activity, updating reports, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Participate in internal meetings to observe and learn how sales strategies are developed and executed.
  • Conduct research on clients, industries, andpetitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Analytics, and Product, to help deliver on client needs.
  • Help organize materials for meetings, negotiations, and renewals, ensuring timely follow-up and strong attention to detail.
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance sales efficiency or improve client engagement.
