About The Position

As a Sales Intern, you'll learn the ins and outs of selling essential services in a fast-paced, mission-driven industry. You'll support our sales team in prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships, and helping businesses and residents find the right waste solutions. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads
  • Support outbound outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Help prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients
  • Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions
  • Shadow experienced sales reps on client meetings and site visits
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service alignment with customer needs
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategy
