About The Position

U.S. Electrical Services is searching for Sales and Leadership Interns to join the team. As a Sales and Leadership Intern, you’ll be engaged in a program that will expose you to the beginning phase all Manager Trainees participate in while working in a branch location fulfilling warehouse functions and counter sales functions. You will receive "hands-on" training, and be exposed to on-line training with topics that include electrical distributor operations, electricity, electrical products, customer service, communications, ethics, finance, leadership and personal development. You’ll also receive training on our ERP system. The Internship program concludes with a Capstone event, including networking with Managers and senior executives.

Requirements

Current curriculum progression towards a B.A. or B.S. degree with a 3.0 minimum G.P.A
Proven leadership ability
Good communication skills
Self-motivated with an interest in Sales & Management
Positive enthusiasm for meeting new people
A strong sense of teamwork
A passion to learn and try new things
Multi-tasking skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
