Requirements

  • Desire to learn and promising sales potential

Responsibilities

  • Gaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry and Assurity’s products and services
  • Developing your sales leadership and management skills
  • Assisting regional sales managers and internal wholesalers with the management of their territory
  • Traveling with sales leadership and regional sales managers to gain real-world sales experience
  • Recruiting brokers through proven methods and techniques (No cold calling required!)
  • Fostering relationships with brokers to help grow their business and regional sales territories
  • Networking with insurance professionals locally and throughout the U.S.
