About The Position

Stats Perform is the market leader in sports tech. We provide the most trusted sports data to some of the world's biggest organizations, across sports, media, and broadcasting. Through the latest AI technologies and machine learning, we combine decades' worth of data with the latest in-game happenings. We then offer coaches, teams, professional bodies, and media channels around the world, access to the very best data, content, and insights. In turn, improving how sports fans interact with their favorite sports teams and competitions. Stats Perform summer internship program is a paid 8 week full-time internship. Interns work together and individually within the organization to gain valuable experience and make an impact in sports technology. Not only will Stats Perform Interns have hands on experience in their field of study but there are awesome perks too! There will be activities, training sessions with other Stats Perform employees, and an end-of-summer presentation.

Requirements

• Familiarity with major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc., including their unique features and audience demographics.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel and/or other platforms.
• Understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose creative solutions to improve social media campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and followers.
• Willingness to learn new things, stay updated on industry trends, and take initiative on projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and analyzing engagement metrics for both internal Stats Perform social media accounts and external prospect and client accounts.
• Help optimize social media content for different platforms and audiences.
• Assist with creating and analyzing social media reports for stakeholders and generate related client case-studies.
• Help identify new target prospects and do background research on prospects to assist our sales team in driving new business.
