About The Position

Schindler Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated candidates interested in an internship in Sales. The internship will provide college undergraduate students with the opportunity to learn and develop while getting hands-on experience working with the service sales team in our district offices. Interns will gain experience in customer communication, problem solving, teamwork, and negotiation skills while working in a team environment. Multiple projects will be assigned to assist the existing sales and operations team in the office. These are full-time, paid summer internships based on-site at a physical office location. Must have a vehicle to be able to travel to meet with customers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competitive spirit and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Prior experience working with external customers is a plus.
