Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.
• Must have a distraction free workspace or alternatively willing to work on site.
• Physically capable of sitting for extended periods to monitor computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Conduct online research to gather relevant information on automotive businesses.
• Evaluate and determine the viability of leads based on specific business criteria.
• Accurately document findings and communication in our internal systems.
• Written Communication: Draft clear and professional written updates within our CRM or lead management tools to ensure seamless collaboration across the sales team.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to support multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Support: Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to ongoing sales initiatives and strategic goals.
