About the position

Vixxo is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic team for the Summer 2025 Internship Program at our Scottsdale, AZ office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales processes, lead generation, and sales enablement. The internship will run for 8 weeks, from June 2nd to July 25th, with a commitment of 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. This is a paid program. The position reports to the Director of Marketing & Strategy, who oversees the execution of our go-to-marketing strategy and sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in various stages of the sales cycle, including nurturing contacts through various engagements and preparing materials to further interest.
  • Execute email campaigns through our sales tools and make phone calls to generate interest/leads.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
  • Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide general administrative support to marketing and sales team as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
