About The Position
Job DetailsJob Location: ARLINGTON, TX 76011Key Responsibilities Full System Replacements: Lead the installation of residential split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and ductless minisplits. Job Site Leadership: Manage one apprentice/helper, ensuring they stay productive and learn the "right way" to do things. Quality Control: Perform startup and commissioning (checking static pressure, subcool/superheat, and gas pressures) to ensure 100% system efficiency. Customer Interaction: Walk the homeowner through their new system and thermostat, ensuring they feel confident and satisfied. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential HVAC installation. Technical Skill: Proficient in brazing, low-voltage wiring, start-up, minimal diagnostic when required Certifications: EPA Universal Certification is required. Professionalism: Clean driving record and a professional appearance. You are the face of the company on-site. Requirements
