The Sales Insights & Reporting Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data across multiple systems to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and strategic decision-making. This individual will manage the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Salesforce, the ERP system (EPMS), and other CRM or data tools. They will identify trends, monitor key metrics, and present clear summaries and recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with business acumen—someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited about leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy across the sales organization.
