About The Position

The Sales Industry Manager (Life Sciences) is responsible for the development of industry specific sales strategy within their designated industry segment. The incumbent will build and manage Sales team performance for their given industry and is responsible for creating and managing performance goals. The incumbent will also manage key accounts, assume responsibility for industry specific booking targets, and work alongside department personnel to deliver solutions that uphold the Eclipse Vision and Entrepreneurial Culture.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales & business development experience in custom engineering solutions.
  • Established network in the automation industry.
  • Sales team leadership experience in a high growth environment.
  • Ability to manage key sales performance targets and metrics.
  • Passionate about Sales and possess a competitive mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in life sciences is preferred.
