As a Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst, you'll play a key role in analyzing, designing, and administering sales compensation plans across our global organization. You'll collaborate with sales, finance, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement to help drive growth while recognizing great performance.   • Extract, assimilate and analyze financial data from various sources
  • Evaluate and assess accuracy of sales reports
  • Create documentation related to sales quota attainment and company policies
  • Provide solutions for ad hoc report requests and modeling
  • Collaborate with sales team on crediting of deal revenue and resolving financial variances
  • Partner with the finance team on accruals and financial forecasts
  • Summarize and communicate financial data to sales reps
  • Assist in monthly sales reporting and proactively identify any discrepancies
  • Evaluate current processes and implement improvement measures
  • Drive the design, development and implementation of the new comp plan each fiscal year
  • Establish regular, effective communications with plan participants
  • Audit comp plan processes & payments
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience with building and administering finance models at a global enterprise
  • Must be process-oriented with strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, and executing in a high pressure, process and data-driven environment
  • Ability to easily adapt to new strategies and incorporate them into day-to-day activities
  • Knowledge and experience with SalesForce
  • Advanced Excel skills are required: lookups, pivots, charts, arrays, proficiency with macros preferred
  • Work experience in the technology industry is preferred
  • Knowledge or background with SAAS business model is preferred
  • Knowledge of Sales compensation (both variable and commissions) practices preferred
