Requirements

  • 4 year degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

  • Understanding of dealer and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and bonus data to identify trends and insights.
  • Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of different markets.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of CScore and ELEVATE systems.
  • Perform manual data analysis in Excel and utilize Power BI for advanced reporting.
  • Design and maintain mid-month trending and end-of-month reporting for markets.
  • Regularly communicate findings with key stakeholders and contribute to market profit initiatives.
  • Prepare data for leadership to inform CScore-related decisions.
  • Create reporting for leadership updates and troubleshoot issues with the Centrical platform.
