PROGRAM SUMMARY SIT’s will be based in beautiful Greenville, SC! Greenville was recently voted #1 "Friendliest Cities in the US" Designed around a 3-6 month training program. SIT’s receive on-the-job sales and product training, coaching, and mentorship. SIT’s have rotational assignments within the sales functions and based on the real-time needs of the business. SIT's will visit one or more Distribution Centers/market territories, and complete a professional sales training course. Upon graduation of the training program, participants will take on a sales leadership position within organization. POSITION SUMMARY Primary function of this position is to provide phone-based sales and customer support to increase sales and revenue for the assigned Distribution Center(s). Aid in the many support, coordination, and administration efforts necessary to service our customers. Daily functions will include taking and processing customer orders, processing quotes, and making outbound calls to new and current customers.
