About The Position

Pan-Am Dental Laboratory is a full-service dental laboratory that partners with dental professionals and groups to deliver a wide range of dental prosthetics, appliances and services. With a focus on quality, consistency and innovation, Pan-Am Prides itself on providing a perfect and complete customer experience. Headquartered in Savannah, GA, Pan-Am has two additional locations in Houston, TX and Sandy, UT – Allowing us to serve a base of clients covering the entire country. The Sales Implementation Specialist plays a key role in driving growth and supports field execution across Pan-Am’s customer base. This highly mobile, project-based role provides on-the-ground sales and relationship support for strategic initiatives such as DSO implementations, geography blitz campaigns, product launches, and targeted market development projects. The position is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, can quickly establish rapport with dental professionals, and ensures consistent Pan-Am brand experience and revenue performance across diverse markets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in dental, medical device, or laboratory services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adapt to different customer types and team environments
  • Self-starter with proven ability to manage time and priorities in field-based settings
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of corporate dentistry, dental prosthetics, and/or digital dentistry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as temporary in-market support for high-priority initiatives, including DSO onboarding, regional growth campaigns, or product introduction phases.
  • Execute short-term “blitz” projects to penetrate target accounts and territories identified by leadership.
  • Support local account teams with relationship management, onboarding, and retention during transitional periods.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with dentists, office managers, and DSO support teams.
  • Educate customers on Pan-Am’s products, digital workflows, and value proposition.
  • Achieve project-specific sales goals and contribute to overall revenue and case growth targets.
  • Participate in DSO implementation planning, training, and rollout activities
  • Collaborate with corporate and regional operations to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.
  • Gather field feedback and relay insights on customer needs, service performance, and competitive dynamics.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Marketing to ensure consistent execution across initiatives
  • Provide input on materials, presentations, and messaging used in field activation efforts.
  • Represent pan-Am at trade shows, CE events, and customer meetings as assigned
