For more information about our company, visit CuranaHealth.com. Summary The Sales Implementation Manager plays a key role in turning signed partnerships into successful, high-impact launches. This position owns the end-to-end implementation of new Medicare plans for partner senior living communities, serving as the bridge between Sales and Operations. You’ll lead implementation planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, train internal and external users, and act as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the rollout. The goal is simple but critical: deliver a smooth, on-time implementation that meets client expectations and delivers real value from day one.

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for new partner senior living communities.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time, high-quality go-lives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for partner communities during implementation.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs, setting clear expectations, and providing consistent communication and updates.
  • Manage escalations professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Plan Management, Business Development, Clinical, and other internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate handoffs from Sales and keep internal teams moving toward shared goals.
  • Identify and resolve gaps between teams to keep implementations on track.
  • Lead training sessions for internal teams and senior living staff on new systems, workflows, and solutions.
  • Ensure users feel confident and supported during and after implementation.
  • Identify implementation risks, bottlenecks, and recurring challenges early.
  • Recommend and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and the client experience.
  • Develop mitigation plans and proactively manage issues before they impact timelines or satisfaction.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Medicare, with a strong understanding of plan implementation and healthcare operations.
  • 1+ years of experience partnering with or supporting senior living communities.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or sales-adjacent roles, with the ability to translate client commitments into operational execution.
  • 1+ years of experience leading or supporting complex projects, preferably in an implementation or project management capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and navigate escalations effectively.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Clinical, and other internal teams.
  • Customer-focused, consultative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities using a personal vehicle. A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required. Periodic motor vehicle (MVR) checks may be conducted as a condition of, and/or for, continued employment.
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
