About The Position
Do you love opening doors, getting to the decision maker, and turning cold conversations into real opportunities? Pure Logistics is looking for a proven sales hunter who lives for prospecting and can build a new book of FF&E logistics business from the ground up. You will focus primarily on bringing in new customers, not nurturing/maintaining existing accounts. At Pure Logistics, you’ll join a small, experienced, mostly virtual team that handles complex FF&E projects for senior living, student housing, hospitality, and similar environments. You will have high autonomy, clear expectations, and direct access to leadership—and you will be measured on the quality and volume of new opportunities you create and close.
Requirements
- Documented success in a hunting sales role (ideally logistics, FF&E, construction, or project‑based B2B services), including examples of business you personally originated and closed.
- Demonstrated strength and success in cold outreach and getting to decision makers; you are comfortable with high call activity and persistent follow‑up.
- Self‑sufficient working style: you set your own activity targets, manage your own pipeline, and do not need daily direction.
- Strong communication, organization, and CRM discipline in a remote, tech‑enabled environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cold‑call decision makers (owners, developers, construction and procurement leaders) to generate new, qualified opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, from first contact through proposal and close, for FF&E projects.
- Consistently work outbound tactics (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) with high activity and disciplined follow‑up.
- Collaborate with leadership and operations to shape solutions, pricing, and proposals that convert opportunities into new business.
- Use of AI to improve efficiencies and processes.
